Senior Unity Developer
Architect scalable systems for our Editor and Player runtime using Unity 6+. Build networking, multiplayer, custom tools, and cutting-edge features including AI, advanced rendering, and VR.
What you'll do
- › Architect scalable systems for Editor and Player runtime (Unity 6+)
- › Develop networking & multiplayer features with Firebase or Unity Gaming Services
- › Optimize performance across browsers and mobile platforms
- › Build custom editor tools — inspector extensions, gizmos, debug menus
- › Implement AI frameworks, advanced rendering, procedural animation, and VR interactions
What we need
- ✓ 5+ years shipping Unity projects in production
- ✓ Networking expertise (Mirror, Netcode, Photon, or custom)
- ✓ WebGL + IL2CPP build optimization experience
- ✓ UI Toolkit / UGUI with responsive scaling
- ✓ Design patterns: dependency injection, object pooling, ECS
- ✓ Git LFS and version control mastery
- ✓ On-device debugging and profiler analysis
Nice to have
- + XR development (WebXR, OpenXR, hand tracking)
- + Addressables and content delivery systems
- + ML/AI integration (Sentis, Barracuda)
- + Gaussian Splatting / NeRF
- + DOTS / Burst / Jobs System in production
- + Custom render pipelines (URP/HDRP modifications)

QA Tester
Design scalable testing strategies for our Editor and Player runtime. Test networking, multiplayer sync, performance across platforms, and emerging XR/AI features.
What you'll do
- › Design scalable testing strategies for Editor and Player runtime (Unity 6+)
- › Test networking & multiplayer systems — sync issues, latency, edge cases
- › Performance profiling across browsers and mobile platforms
- › Collaborate on custom QA tools and debug menus
- › Test emerging features: AI frameworks, rendering, VR interactions
What we need
- ✓ 3+ years shipping software or games
- ✓ Cross-platform testing (WebGL, mobile, VR)
- ✓ Professional bug reporting with clear reproduction steps
- ✓ Network testing — latency & packet loss simulation
- ✓ Profiler and log analysis
- ✓ Device debugging (ADB for Android)
Nice to have
- + XR / WebXR / VR testing experience
- + Test automation (Unity Play/Edit Mode, Selenium, Appium)
- + Unity Editor proficiency
- + Backend / API testing
- + Agile / Scrum methodology
